Our mould shop has a range of 22T – 270T moulding machines – Meaning we’re able to mould anything from the size of a Tic-Tac to the size of a large lunchbox
We manufacture on 24-hour capacity across 4 days a week with flexibility to adjust for specific production requirements wherever necessary
Operating to tight deadlines and reduced lead times is possible through our use of KANBAN and multiple Production Scheduling systems which allow us to optimise and plan any changes quickly and efficiently
Medical mouldings are manufactured in designated areas with enhanced controls, and our facility layout is established to work optimally for each and every sector we provide services for
When your tool isn’t running in a machine, it can be cared for by our onsite tool storage and maintenance facilities, which have been proven to greatly increase the lifetime of tooling

The Optimum Process
Each process is trialled and optimised prior to production. This allows us to establish the most suitable running conditions for long-term manufacturing.
Our approach to this has proven to extend the lifetime of tooling, saving on refurbishment or replacement costs compared to other suppliers
The Optimum Material
Wherever a material is specified by a customer, the request will be followed to the requirements
However, our vast experience and knowledge of a range of materials, including biopolymers, means we can also recommend alternatives which may improve the product or provide a cost saving on the unit price
